My friend and I got food poisoning (not from Isabella) and the staff seemed geniuinely concerned and called our room to check on us and brought up some medicine.   Hotel rooms were a reasonable size and kept clean. Hotel meals were reasonably priced and decent portion sizes. Supermarket and shops nearby and only 10 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins a taxi to the airport or Santa Marta city.

It is furnished beautifully, it has a small pool that we could cool of in and was just great to lounge around. It is very private. Wifi has great speed and is free. Mini bar drinks are included. Great breakfast. Lots of restaurants very closely. We were not changed ant extra for our six year old daughter. Great value and so far our best hotel choice in Columbia.
