  This place exceeded my expectations in almost every aspect. It is located within the city wall so it is convenient to walk to some of the tourist places. The staff was naturally friendly and helpful. They gave me really useful tips for my trip in good english. The rooms are cozy and clean, the restaurant has good and unexpensive food. I will definitely - There are two receptionist. One a bit impatient but another one is superb! She even helped us hail the taxi to airport while we were busy with our luggage. It is possible to order a taxi via hotel or they offer the "pick up" service at every railway station for free. Rooms are very nice and nicely designed. It is calm and relaxing place. I strongly recommend this - The staff was quite helpful with directions and communication was right from the start (before my arrival). Prices were fair (they did not rip you off with towel rental, pick-up service or to wash clothes, like other places I've seen in China) and the place was very easily accessible to the train station and the downtown area - just a few minutes walking. Excellent location and value for the money. Highly recommended!

The room was in the basement; actually this is not really a problem, since the room has a window to the corridor (during the night the light in the corridor is red, giving the filling of city night lights).
