  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. I f I have to come to Shenzhen I will not hesitate to come back in Kaili. . - The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

  服務不錯 - I liked the comfort of the hotel and perfect breakfasts in the morning. Reception stuff tried to be helpful, but they still can impove the serivce, I think. My room was nice and clean - the room was comfortable, facilities perfect. It worth money paid. Location is good for those travellers who plan to stay close to airport.

  员工服务很好，我本来预定两天，但是第二天临时有事，下午4点退房，员工也帮我退了，而且只收了一天的住宿费用。
