  Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. Hotel is in a great location, next to the subway station - making it easy to explore the rest of the city. You don't need to stay on or near Nanjing Road to make your Shanghai experience great. I was especially impressed by the staff, specifically Paul, at the front desk. I saw him taking "ownership" of a problem with another guest and solved it with a smile. He is a professional and a great asset to Dorsett.
