  During our stay my wife needed medical attention. We spoke to anne wang and we cannot praise her highly enough as far as the attention she gave us. We were also assisted by eric lee, who took my wife to the hospital and did all he possibly could to help us. Both of these people need recognition for the exceptional way they deal with the guests. All the staff was more than helpful, especially Mr. Derek Xu at the front desk, upgrading our room and allowing our same rate for a couple extra nights stay. The entire hotel including our room was spotless. And even the included breakfast (vast selection) was quite delish. 10/10!

  Location is excellent, near to metro station, and most places of interest. All cab drivers know the hotel. Staff are also well-trained, helpful & able to pre-empt your needs.
