Its my repeat stay there. Front desk personnel speaks good English, very hospitable and curteous. Housekeeping is great and you will always have a bowl with two fruits, a packet of biscuit and two bottles of water readily available for your consumption. English speaking, very helpfull, customer oriented staff (5*). Nice big and quiet room with nice city view. Good restaurant, brakfasts worth its price (comparing to other similar Canton hotels). Good internet, and no problems with e-mails. I will for sure consider to stay there during my next visit to Canton.

I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out
when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff -
followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back.
It was more to how calm they were and followed up. They worried about me
as much as I worried about myself. Also breakfast was just amazing!

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Guangzhou East railway station it was very clean and the friendly English speaking staff were excellent. The hotel has a dedicated coach which takes you back and forth to the Canton Fair.
