They could organise most things easily and the staff were very helpful. The food was good (just watch out some items, esp pizza, can take quite a while!). The bar area is great, as is the extra quiet area upstairs.

  Great location! City-center and the rooftop terrace and bar is perfect with views over the scenic Jinbi Square. This is really the BEST reason to stay here. I stayed in private double with en suite bath and the room was big, clean and comfy bed. Also, a good free-standing fan is very nice touch.
