They could organise most things easily and the staff were very helpful. The food was good (just watch out some items, esp pizza, can take quite a while!). The bar area is great, as is the extra quiet area upstairs.

The driver waited for us at the Arrival Hall holding a paper with my name on it. The view from our room at Level 25 - The apartments were spacious and good quality. They made a mistake with our reservation but they were able to accommodate us for 2 nights in 2 nice apartments.
