Although the staff did not speak many words in English, they were trying hard to be helpful and were really friendly with us.
The breakfast was good (for the Chinese standard) there were some coffe (I think), some great toast, Chinese sweets, some fruits and the usual chinese breakfast ie noodles, rice, etc

Modern, clean and comfortable rooms in good location.
Fast reliable wifi connection.
I wouldn't expect the staff to speak English, and they don't. But they are very friendly and easy to resolve problems with a few charades and google translate.
Breakfast was also good if you like Chinese food. Toast and jam available if you want to stick to western staples.
