我选的是江景房，杭州西湖边的三家酒店温德姆，凯越和索菲特我都住过了，所以四家酒店比较下来比较有发言权，服务的话说实话都是5星都OK，但是西湖边因为对于建筑物的高度有规定所以说实话其他三家的湖景实在是不怎么样，而且因为西湖地价的原因，房费包含了很大一部分的地价，洲际的高度高多了，早上起来拉开窗帘，看到钱塘江的风景一天的心情都好了，洲际的房间非常大，洗澡，上厕所，洗脸是互不相干的，淋浴的里面有点事，BOSE音响自己有苹果产品的话，接口是老的那种，iphone5的口是不可以的 -

The rooms are spacious, very clean and extremely well finished and
decorated. This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from
lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in
China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality.
Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food.
Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best
thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.
