There was an obnoxious guy in the hotel he was either a guest or a friend of the owner or a manager and he had the staff running around doing things and you could tell they were all on edge.   The location of the hotel is fantastic, just beside the lake with the beautiful pagodas. It is possible to take a boat cruise of the lakes by just walking a few steps from the hotel.
