Staff is friendly even if not always helpful. Nice flat. Location is not that close to centre or the metro and not that easy to find. The flat is inhabited by about 7 to 10 family members that take up nearly the whole living room so it feels more like a guesthouse (not much interaction with the family though). If you need wi-fi don't stay here: it's only good for 4 connections but the whole family uses it and then says that it's difficult for you to use it!.
