I thoroughly enjoyed at stay in this apartment: it is definitely “as advertised” and better! It’s very well equipped throughout with well- fitted bathrooms, a full and modern kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Its location is ideal, being a five minute walk to the SanLiTun Bar Street Overground. As previous reviewers have mentioned, between the street and the apartment, is very convenient, Mr Xu was very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay, and it was certainly convenien.

Great location (although still 10+ minute walk to subway stop) near Sanlitun so lots of shopping and dinner options; great WiFi; mostly quiet building; guy was up at 2am to let us in (have the cab driver call); great value for the price; allowed us to extend our stay by a few days; mostly comfy beds (cot was hard, but others were soft); fridge and some kitchen stuff meant we could eat breakfast in our room; really great choice for our family of 5;. Big room, only a short walk from local and western-style restaurants, as well as supermarkets. Also not too far from two different metro stations. Despite language barrier, staff were clever enough to use their smartphone to do the translating. - good location, 7 minutes by foot from the metro, 15 minutes by taxi from the silk market and Yabaolu market, 15 minutes by metro from QianAnMen square - large room - clean and comfortable . Location is good. Near Yashow market and San Li Ton area. 10 minutes from subway. Good Kitchen but no dishes. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Very good value for the money. Absolutely lovely! Would recommend it a thousand times!. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Security light continually flashing all night. But the price for the apartment was very economical so it wasn't much of a problem. No shower curtain meant bathroom floor got wet easily if you weren't really careful; should tell you no toilet paper in the toilet - got backed up frequently;. Finding the building and the correct entrance was tricky. Staff didn't speak English. Shower curtain was a bit of an issue, resulting in lots of water on the floor. Had to pay cash for the room. Reception didn't speak any English. Maintenance should be better. Dishes should be added. Not convenient especially you arrived and depart to airport at midnight. Most of the driver didn't know which entrance to meet the guest and park their car. When we showed up (Monday, Nov. 11, 2013 at 01:00 A.M.), we could not come in. Nobody was at the reception (5th floor) + no key had been left for us at the 24h-security desk (ground floor, at the building entrance). Nobody had called us previously or notified us the reservation was cancelled. The security guys told us the apartment had been closed by authorities for safety reasons. JUST FORGET IT ! to letsbookhotel.com : take it out from your accomodation offer.
