  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required.   I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible.   Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive.
