Our stay was very pleasant. The guys in the office spoke English very well and were very helpful in giving us a map and helping us plan some of the sites close by. It was very conveniently located to the subway and a lot of fun shopping. It was within walking distance to lots of sites. My son that had been living there for 2 years as a missionary said it was a much nicer place than the apartments he had stayed in. We were very comfortable staying here and felt very safe.
所有评语 » Location was great and close to subway and buses. Able to walk to nearby sightseeing venues and Hop ON- Hop Off buses. Kitchen was fully supplied except for paper towels. We bought fruit from street vendors for breakfast and snacks--mangos were outstanding. Office manager Javier spoke excellent English and was helpful. Very reasonable. Staff was very accommodating when requests were made. Hotel was downtown and was secure (need to be buzzed-in). It was comfortable, close to the city centre and easy access to tourist spots. Swimming pool terrasse was nice. Great rooms and excellent wifi in a hotel well positioned on the fringe of the central area. The view. Brilliant location. Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Friendly staff Modern apartments Near to metro station. The facilities. Close proximity to Plaza de Arms and subway. Ocean Pacific restaurant is a definite must visit. It was central and near to the centre. Walk to interesting sites and parks. Neat, clean, good location. The heater was a little awkward to run but I think that is just a South American thing. It was totally different than what the U.S. has. No air conditioner, but open windows and fan made bedroom comfortable. Had to aruge about having fresh towels everyday and first day cleaning. no toaster or kettle for morning breakfast!. small bathroom and no toaster. The staff were helpful but few had much english. The rooms outlook being the building across the road wasn't the best. We wanted to take a few photos from the rooftop but it was locked because of 11 September and we were told no. The wifi. Disappointing that pool was included in advert but was not available for use until 15 November. Only speak Spanish (very limited English) meant unable to communicate why delayed at check-in for 3/4 hr. Santiago sights will only keep you busy for one day, need to go out of the city. Things are only available in weekends- theme park, zoo and palace. The room was too hot to sleep well. Reception is lousy and the guy in the lobby is grumpy.
