Superb location Friendly helpful staff Simple continental breakfast included. very friendly staff possiblitiy to make food. Excellent location and sociable atmosphere. Dorm room expensive compared with where we had just been in Pucon, but maybe Puerto Varas is expensive. Tour of sights by the hostel was basically a taxi service - drive somewhere, take photos. No real guiding. But it was ok.
