The staff are very friendly and helpful, the on-site kitchen is fantastic and the quality of the food is 5-star. Best of all is the vicinity.   We stayed for 4 days at the apart-hotel building and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious one bedroom unit called Llaima. The other option would have been to stay in one of the cabañas, which we got to see briefly (also very nice and spacious, with own fireplace).
