  We arrived just after midnight, after a longer than expected journey from Seattle, and were welcomed warmly on arrival. The room was very comfotable and just what we needed after a long day.   The atmosphere is awesome, I stayed there the whole night drinking and meeting people. Very funny and friendly place! The beer costs nothing! - Great position, queen size bed, many people in the pub under the hostel.

Decent kitchen, very comfortable bed. Balcony has a nice view of the condos and mountains. I had a Do Not Disturb sign at my door so they called to see if it was okay to do housekeeping instead of knocking. That was very nice.

  A 3-floor hotel in the Downtown, just two blocks from the Skyline, within a walking distance to pretty everything in the centre. As many others have mentioned, construction works are going on on the two sides of the hotel but I did not find them extremely noisy or disturbing. There is a computer and a printer tha - Location, Location, Location to downtown Vancouver, near Skytrains. Price is reasonable for a "boutique" hotel, given very convenient downtown location. The wifi is good, and password is not device limited (an otherwise pain at some other hotels which require you to ask for separate passwords for cell, laptop, tablet, ,,, and limit you to two). You should bring multiple plug extension with you. Breakfast lady is nice.

  This is my second stay at this hotel. I view hotels as a place to sleep and stick my stuff hopefully at a good bargain. Most of the time I travel, I spend little time in my rooms; either on business or personal travel. This place exceeds my expectations. It is clean, very cost effective and in a great location. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and soaps etc. There was a good supply of tea and coffee and you could top it up from reception where there was also a free coffee machine - great when you come in from a long day sightseeing. The locatin is ideal with the lovely Stanley Park within walking distance and the beach of English Bay we could watch the ship

  Everyobe there was so fantastic. They were helpful with direction and suggestions and anything else we needed. I was there on a oa trip with y boyfriend for my birthday and got an upgraded room. I overlooked the parking lot from the fifth floor but you could see te waiting mountins and a lake not too far off. The area was sketchy being near Chinat... 别人怎么说 » own and I was a bit worried about it. But the helpfullness of the staff, especially van at the front desk, made me decide to stay. They showed us ways - I liked basically everything about the Patricia. It is so close to downtown and Chinatown, there is great coffee and food to be found in and around the inn. The rooms were great!! Great views and the staff were lovely. Some people feel a little uncomfortable about the location, but my 5 year old and I didn't feel worried once. The people on the streets are just doing their thing, no need to worry about them. I will absolutely go there again when I'm next in vancouver.

It is small, quaint and well kept. It's close proximity to Stanley Park was what initially caught our eye and we weren't disappointed. The staff was most accommodating...allowing us to check in early...(we had a very tired child with us) It is exactly as advertised...it's not your high- end, corporate hotel...so it suited us perfectly!! Some tranquility in the city! Thank all of you at the Buchan for a wonderful stay!!

  The staff was outstanding. When we arrived it was warm for Vancouver. We decided to cancel our reservation and get a room with A/C. Admitted that parking was a challenge, and then found us a nice little spot on the grass. Kindly thought of restaurants we might like after asking our preferences. We never moved our car...walked to Stanley Park, all ends of the city, and finally at the restaurants close to the hotel. Lovely!
