  This hotel is top-notch. The building is smaller and more intimate, which we really liked. The staff is amazing. Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. The bell staff and front desk staff are ... 别人怎么说 » friendly, professional and helpful. We loved this place and have every intention of returning. - My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace. We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing! ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice. Perfect stay!!!

  It was an unbelievable stay! We were there from Friday to Monday morning, and it was a stay that we will never forget! Their relentless attention to detail, is unbelievable.
