I can't say enough about this hotel, its staff and the suite in which I stayed. While le Germain is certainly no budget-conscious hotel, it has remained true to its boutique roots and provided numerous value-adds that left me feeling as if I was well compensated for the rather considerable rate that I paid. From the free Wi-Fi to the complimentary breakfast, to even miniscule touches like a credit to your bill if you don't wish to receive a newspaper, le Germain shows that it respects its gue.

Great hotel in an excellent area for visiting the sites and for restaurants. Superb service from all staff always helpful and informative. The library with an open fire and complimentary good quality coffee available all day was a great place to relax after touring the city. Lovely breakfast with, again, helpful and smiling staff. The room was excellent. Really spacious with luxury bathroom fittings including walk in power shower. Also included was an iron and ironing board in the cupboard. The lobby/lounge area was great, and great food in the restaurant. The staff were ultra helpful and professional. We rate this as one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The staff was great and the amenities are top notch. Definitely an upscale hotel (or tries to be). Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Location can't be beat if you're in town to catch a show!! For that reason alone, I'd consider staying here again. The Staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay the room was very comfortable and the hotel was ideally situated for shopping and the theatre areas also the rogers centre and CN tower are only are short walk away, very nice hotel. Outstanding cutomer service. Celine helped carried our bags to our room when she noticed we had our hands full. The hotel accepted a delivery of boxes before we arrived which was a great help. Loved the coffee machine. The staff really are first class. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for the entertainment area. Rooms are luxurious. I've been staying at this Hotel several times, rooms are comfortable and quite, nice design, BOSE radio/ipod dock, big bathroom. As always, I’ve missed a place where we could sit our second suitcase. I’ve stayed there twice and on the second stay the wireless reception was interrupted several times; I guess this happened because our room was really far away from router. No bidet or detachable shower head in the toilet booth, what sounds really weird not only to Europeans, but also to Brazilians, who are hygiene freaks. There was nothing we didn't like, and we can normally find something to find fault with. Major glitch at checkin - they thought I was booked at another property. Bring your confirmation number! (The concierge sent an note apologizing for the glitch - a nice gesture). Minor quibble: no plugs near bed which made using phones impossible if they needed to be charged! Not worth paying extra for breakfast. While it was all delicious and high quality, the selection was rather spartan. nothing :). Very minor - wasn't obvious where ice machines were and couldn't find coffee maker in the room. The cost to and from the airport via taxi. There was nothing I didn't like. I found the rooms on the dark side. Would have liked more lighting options. They have a rooftop balcony to cater for smokers but they close it at 10pm (was told it closes at 11pm but was closed by 10.15) which made me have to return to room to get decently dressed to go out to main lobby and out to street to smoke. Extremely poor wifi internet service. No one to brings bags up or from room. Gym could be better equipped. Off beaten path near theater district constrcution on the street. the ligth in the room are poor specialy in the bathroom. the drains are incredibly slow..as if they are blocked and the amount of dust really irritated my sinuses. Wifi connection was coming and going all the time, and the gym is really small and equipments few and very obsolete.
