Long-time returning guest over 7 years. This trip I needed to make three separate visits and the staff graciously held my luggage and made the same room available each visit. Hot breakfast excellent value for money. Seemed to be busy every day, happily! A public computer and printer was extremely useful, and I hope no-one abuses the printing policy.Thank you very much team for a very happy and pleasant stay!.
所有评语 » The staff were great! From Rachel and Shaun on the front desk who remembered my name and spoke to me using it - right to the breakfast staff (one lady) always had a warm smile on her face. Easy to find location while travelling, friendly, breakfast handy, clean room, clean beds. We had a pleasant stay other than the "What didn't you like?" part that was answered. Beds were very comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and hot. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet and restful. Room was clean,newer. Despite the poor parking and eyesore nextdoor the hotel was quite nice. Breakfast was also quite good. The situation of the Comfort Inn was really good for catching the transport into the city (of which we used). The hotel is nice. Good for the value of money. The receptionist lady was very helpfull. Cleanliness of room,easy access from highway,great rate,no elevators. Hot breakfast Clean comfortable beds. Excellent continental breakfast. buffet for breakfast clean. Very Happy with our stay. Breakfast, cleanliness. good breakfast. Friendly. It was convenient while travelling fro, Toronto to Montreal. It was about 25 minutes north of Toronto. There were shops and petrol stations nearby also. Breakfast was included. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. The front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was really good with a lot of selection. its clean have everything in the room what u need it, the employs such as cleaner and so are well behave. It was clean and rooms were spacious. The hot breahfast was good. Good value for money. good breakfast. Rubbish in the breakfast room unsegregated, lots of plastic/styrofoam in use. Could there be separate bins for plastic cutlery, styro-plates, -bowls, -cups, and food waste? Could a more eco-friendly alternative be used? Just a suggestion for improvement, since I know the hotel is trying to achieve a more eco-friendly environment. The climate control unit was a little hard to keep at a constant tempertaure. You were either too warm or too cold. The noise level was loud - people slamming doors, talking very loud - not respecting other people sleeping. Door jams should be tight so as not to let light in the rooms from the hallway. Took forever to get to any sights. There were no "suggestions" as to where to eat or what was available tosee in the immediate area. The location was ok, a motel beside it looked abandoned. The crib we reserved for or son was broken and upon requesting a replacement from the cleaning staff they admitted they knew it was broken. They did get us another one (their only other one) and it to was broken. The "sheets" (they were just 2 small receiving blankets) they gave us were soiled with stuff still stuck to them. However after speaking to the front desk we were given proper sheets that were clean. We had to make due with slightly broken crib. Reception people are not good well behave, the hotel dasnt have lift so its really create a problum when u do have luggage bag nd so. Bathroom sink kept clogging; water was luke warm for taking shower (needed little bit warmer). Payed for a late checkout but got a call at 11 asking if i was staying late that woke me. Far from downtown. rooms were noisy. I didn,t like when we book on line because it wasn,t what they told me want i was getting for my money. I should have printed want thay told me what i was getting next time i will phone a hotel to book. Horrible indian staff! Very rude and seemed racist! No customer service at all! Will never return!!! Horrid experience!.
