Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. Location is fantastic; within walking distance to shopping and theatres and restaurants.
Rooms are comfortable and quirky. Far more interesting than chain hotels.
Hotel staff are very accommodating and strive to please.
Location is perfect for downtown shopping or dining and close to the Avon theatre.
