- I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. My great commendation to the hotel bell staff for his excellent service !! - Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. - Very friendly and helful hotel staff who gave deta.
所有评语 » The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!. Very comfortable en clean hotel and rooms. Personnel is very friendly and offers a great service. Very convienent for business. Easy and quick to go by train to citycenter and waterfront. Station on 10 min work. Ood price/performance ratio. The room was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the duvets and sheets very nice. The bathroom was great - nice deep soaker tub, separate shower. It was also incredibly quiet for being near the airport. Room is very neat tidy, clean and modern, extremely comfortable bed smells fresh and beautiful ambiance we realy enjoy staying in this hotel I will definitely recommend this place. A level of luxury that I have come to expect from the Westin hotels. After travelling for 10 days in a range of hotels this hotel is rest and relieve stop. Airport shuttle bus didn't show up on arrival. We had to take taxi to hotel. Hotel is in the middle of an "industrial" business area. The service at the front desk was terrible when we checked in. It was late at night, the kids (7, 5, and 1) were tired, and I had to stand there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Also, my husband was trying to bring in the luggage (a large amount), and no one offered to help, or even simply hold the door for him. Location. No Steamroom & no Sauna Not "nearby" Stanley park Not great for walks or run outside. The breakfast experience was spoilt by having to que for a table.The hotel was full but the size of the dinning room needs to be increased. A bit expensive. Also a little expensive to park!. The restraunt was over priced. No bell service at the lobby. We loaded and unloaded everything ourselves. Nothing. Access is difficult depending which direction one arrives from. Nothing!. Having to pay for parking and internet above the room rate. There are many lower priced hotels which include the above. paid parking....the norm. Nothing in particular. I didn't like the location of the pool and gym facilities. It was quite a walk from the room to get to where they were located. Room smelt musty. liked everything. TV did not work and maintenance could not repair. Telephone on night stand did not work. Battery in safe was dead and safe did not work. The airco in the restaurant - it was cold !. Weak Wifi conductivity requiring frequent logins. Scare parking stalls later in the eve. Nothing. Starbucks does NOT mean good coffee; the brown water (from the Fraser River ?) out of the room coffee machine does NOT qualify as coffee and you should be ashamed of it. We had asked to stay on the same floor as another family and were told we had an adjoining room. At check in our room came up out of order-with no explanation we were rebooked to another floor. The trek to the swimming pool is rather odd and there were never any towels available. In room Internet should be free of charge. Location is a bit far from the Richmond Centre. very unhappy with front desk had problem with lights called front desk they couldnt help us. our flight left at 6am requested a wakeup call never got one lucky we were awake at4 or might have missed plane. The receptionist at night 12am not accommodating. The customer service thru phone and receptionist in the checkout are very nice. Pool/spa was a disappointment. Small pool and hot tub, inconvenient to access from hotel room. the wifi is not free！！！！！. poor pool. Not good area of city. nothing. All hotels I stay at would not charge for wifi service. Room telephone did not work and they could not repair it during my stay.
