The rooms are a good size and the view towards the mountains is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the balcony off the room is covered to protect from the elements. The hotel is a post and beam design with a decor that feels very "comfortable and welcoming lodge". Although the outdoor hot tub provides better views, we opted for the indoor one that is located in the spa area so that we could also use the sauna - a wonderful place to soak and relax after hiking in Mt Revelstoke Pk. 所有评语 » Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful (a little less at the reception during check-in, but it was still OK). Nice food in the restaurant. We stayed just one night, but liked the place, it's a nice hotel and we'd stay there again. The whole experience was good - the staff, the view, the facilities, the food. We needed a place to store our two bikes and that was no problem whatsoever. The hot tub with the mountain view was pretty hard to beat too!. the setting , the staff very helpful , was very surprised how they accepy ted my small pet. even when for a unknow reason barked . very impressed with loungem resturant. and the setting. Loved the restaurant on location. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and engaged us in conversation. Overall, for our first day of holidays, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!. Well-kept hotel. Inviting lobby and good hot tub. Restaurant served a tasty breakfast with a nice view of the mountains. Very comfortable room. The welcome was great. The ambience left you wanting to stay longer. At dinner, our waitress was possibly having a bad night (or perhaps had too big a section). She was a long time between visits to our table, but she was very cheerful, and everything else was so good that it wasn't a big deal. No issues -we would stay there again. Wish we could have had a room with a view of the mountains. room 222 gets noise from outdoor roof air-conditionning unit. Dinner special was disappointing. We would have liked a divider on the balcony so we could open our drapes. There was no chalk for the pool table so we played 10 games without chalk. It is so cheap to buy so it should have been replaced when it ran out. N/A. Nothing. buffet breakfast. Short breakfast time, especially for summer (vacationing) clientele. Not enough electrical outlets. I felt the price was rather high for the services offered. We are passing through next month but have found a less expensive option at Sicamous. nothing. music from kitchen outside our window until 930 pm and then unbelievably again at 715 am, Unacceptable!. Steam Bath out of service and wet towels throughout pool & hot tub area. Poor quality of food for your money in the retaurant.
