  When we arrived Christy Zheng greeted us. She was professional and covered off all the information we needed to know and sent us off to our room in an efficient manner.   We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly.   The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy!   The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable.
