  From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people.   The hotel was gorgeous. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and had a balcony and fireplace. Definitely the best part was the outdoor hot tub that was open all night. I was really nice to be able to have a beer in the hottub (I'm not sure of the official rules, but our access cards let us into the pool and the pool was never covered and we saw other... 别人怎么说 » people with beer in the pool). I've never seen a place where I could use an outdoor hottub past 10, so this was really nice. The shuttle service was - It is a very picturesque Hotel, more like an Inn, situated a 5 minute drive from Mt.Tremblant. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to and from Mt.Tremblant at your beck and call, rooms are spacious,clean there is a small indoor pool an outdoor pool and a large exterior spa.A small bar large lounge area with 2 free access computers and large screen tv set up.   Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch.   Staff was really friendly and accommodated our special request that other chain hotels sometimes don't. They gave us a room with lake view upon asking. Location was fabulous, we ended up staying twice as long as we had planned to. - -very nice hotel -very nice room -very nice location with view on the lake -quiet and peaceful feeling
