  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. A lady was coming out of the admin office, smiled and pressed the elevator button for us while on h... 别人怎么说 » er way before we got to the elevator door. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower). Hotel was historic and very grand. Location is scenic and near gourmet restaurants.
