  Friendly staff although busy still had time for a chat and to help with where and what to do.Relaxed, comfortable environment. Super clean. 10 mins walk to old city and about 6 mins from central station. Imogen is such a lovely staff member. She loves her job and made our stay really pleasant.   Excellent value for the price, very polite and friendly staff, nice rooms, no prblems with water, heating or AC, free wifi everywhere, ample parking right outside the hotel, quite close to the mountain, has a bar downstairs with food - very convenient if you don't feel like getting outside for dinner or drink; nice hot breakfast. - Love the locat... 别人怎么说 » ion!!
