  For the most part, the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was booked under the wrong name but the staff on duty promptly fixed that error and helped me check in. The staff member that I mention below then showed me to the room I was staying in and answered all my questions well. The other guests in the room were very quiet.   The staff was very friendly and rendered prompt service. They gave some advice on the metro system and points of interest. The location was great. Easy access to the excitement. The lobby was as clean as it could be considering the amount of people checking in and out. No trash just luggage. Everyone was always in a happy mood and smiling to everyone, and looked like they were ready to help their clients anytime! If it was not for the bathrooms and late breakfast, I'd stay there for every school trip I have to do in montréal!
