  the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!

  Comfortable stay in clean room. Staff were friendly and efficient.   Staff was very friendly and accomdating. It was easily seen from highway. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and water pressure were impressive. It was a very comfortable stay for me. - The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Location - out of the downtown area but not too far from it. Also close to shopping and restaurants.

  The Sword Best Western is a good hotel. there is a few buildings outside the main building. That gives it a hotel-motel feel. This is a good thing. We prefer those rooms. They are kept spotless clean. They even have "clean remotes". I have never seen this at any other hotel. The restaurant is great and the waitresses are very friendly as well as ... 别人怎么说 » the rest of the staff. - The hotel was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is dog friendly. It is very helpful if you have a pet. There is a space where you can walk/exersise your pet behind the hotel, but it is not a dog designated area. My dog is very active and needs to run before going to bed, so I was glad.
