  All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and we had everything we could possibly need. - I loved being able to express my concerns to the General Manager directly.   Great location to farmer's market and shopping outlets. Close to St. Jacob's. Really nice breakfast with lots of seating options. Beds comfortable with great pillows. - The décor was beautiful, especially the locally designed glass doors and art work. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Amazing facility.

  Very nice hotel, great value. Just off the main street, full of restaurants/shopping/etc. Hotel was clean, stayed in the Sleepy Bear room, cute !! Staff were very friendly/helpful.   The staff was excellent and I could tell they genuinely cared that I had a good stay. This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've never had a better nights sleep in a hotel.
