  This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect.   The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat.   Very nice hotel, great value. Just off the main street, full of restaurants/shopping/etc. Hotel was clean, stayed in the Sleepy Bear room, cute !! Staff were very friendly/helpful.
