  The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave good directions and recommendations. While not fancy, the facility was very clean and well maintained. Very good value.   Asked for linking exterior door for co/room mate smoker and got exactly that. Price was good for the short distance to Uptown Saint John. Front staff recommended restaurants and bars and was very helpful. - Tremendous staff. Very accomodating. Handy to everything for shopping, sight seeing.

  I loved the price. I had my grandson with me the second and third nights and the staff accommodated a move to a room with two beds instead of previous single. Showers were close to room. - Fredericton is beautiful, the university was quite central and the walking trails were awesome. Will definitely stay again, on cooler nights!!

The next morning they helped me with getting map directions printed on their office printer, and also offered me coffee to take.
