My accomodation was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a nice variety with a bright eating area. For the price, it was great.
They are also dog friendly. -

Upon check in, for an extra $10.00 they upgraded us to "The Victorian Room" which was a king suite with an in room hot tub! The staff was positive and great to deal with. The swimming pool was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Great value. Will stay there again. In fact, I will specifically look for Prestige Inns wherever I travel. -

... 别人怎么说 » e really liked the kitchenette unit we had. Everything we needed was there. The staff were very friendly and obviously enjoyed their jobs, which makes it so much nicer to stay someplace. The rooms are upscale and the beds are very comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Lots of pillows!

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.
