  Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air. Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise. Actually all the staff were most helpful - looking up weather reports, everyone greeting us and asking if everything was to our liking (mainta - I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

  I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent.   Located in the city centre. Lovely place, very clean Parking just behind the hotel but with charge. No food service in the lodge but there are many places to go and eat without driving. For the money I doubt you'd find anything better :) - Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

  Very nice place, pretty quaint, comfortable bed, great sized shower, friendly staff, very clean, huge balcony with nice chairs and a table, flat screen TVs, nice little kitchen that has everything you would need. Great (FREE) parking, storage for skis/snowboards, good location right on a chairlift. There's a free shuttle that goes from the hotel to the Uppe - We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for a week or more. The breakfast was a bit of a free for all but was more than adequate, and included
