While close to the highways, there was no traffic noise - making it convenient to travel to the city or other destinations.   Excellent value for money, especially if you're travelling with kids. Located just across the Quebec side of the Quebec bridge. The hotel is far from busy downtown life (10 mins. by car), but if you're travelling by car anyway, it's the perfect location. The rooms were big and well-kept.   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!
