  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time . And location can ... 别人怎么说 » not be better ! - We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too. The view on the old Québec.

  This historic/authentic qc home is tucked away in a quiet corner of the city, but just a stone's thrown away from the old town and the commercial St. Jean district. This place is perf - wonderful location. can walk to everything. owner was extremely knowledgeable and shared some fantastic tips of things to see and do. breakfasts were delightful. excellent service and variety. rooms were spacious, comunal area was wonderful, nice social aspect to breakfast. loved being able to make a tea in the evenings! grat view over the city
