Fresh , clean surroundings, outstanding staff, friendly , very helpful, always smiling, very welcoming, I come here every year now and love it, bravo to the new renovations. convenient location to food, sports, touring .. tried at the Hotel times once and will never return .. unfriendly staff, rude and I have never had that experience at Le Cofortel - keep up the good work, I hope to be back again in a month.
所有评语 » The room was extremely clean. I did not feel afraid to walk around barefoot in the room (being new helped). We had a power failure that lasted over 2 hours. It would have been nice to have emergency safety lights in the rooms. The breakfast had much to be desired. An addition of at least cerial would have been nice. Fix those issues and the hotel would have been the best in every respect. Very clean and modern hotel that opened in the summer of 2013. Much cheaper than hotels downtown Quebec. If you don't mind a 15 min drive to the downtown, this is a good place to stay to see the city. Plenty of restaurants walking distance from the hotel if you don't want to drive to the city to eat. As soon as you walk in you know you have selected the perfect place to stay. Everything is so clean and spotless. Our rooms were spacious and recently renovated..showers were awesome. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Good rate (believe it was intro) - nice location for travelling with a family in terms of access to stores, restaurants - away from the Old City, but very easy to get there. Beautiful modern decor. This hotel still has the new smell. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to highways....Continental breakfast had a large selection. Stylish and clean. Breakfast area included a grill for toast. First floor rooms had individual locked door to parking lot. The style and design of the hotel was very nice. We liked the cleaniness and the confort of the room and of the hotel. The room was fantastic, very modern décor. the service was nice too. We were glad to stay here. New, clear, comfortable, good breakfast. The rooms were very clear, and all supplies were well stocked. Location is excellent for visiting Quebec city. Good value, spacious room, nice location. I like the room and that they had a laundry room and gym. The room was clean. The design from the hotel is good the room is very comfortable. breakfast is unimaginative - poor quality - bread, toast, dry muffins, no fresh fruit or cereal - always have to go out for a fresh tasting breakfast -- wish there was a coffee maker in the room -- wanted tea late at night could not make it. nothing. Spoke to other guests and hotel was charging up $500 for guests who arrived without reservations late in the evening. I understand supply/demand - but to me this is just dodgy and low-class. Breakfast did not include any eggs or breakfast meats. The breakfast was a little weak and to crowded. The tables are to close to the food which makes it hard to get through if someone is waiting for their toast to cook etc... No bath Noisy air conditionning. Breakfast a bit thin. The breakfast was pretty poor, only choice of four types of bread, butter or margarine. I didn't expect that. The hotel was too far from the city center. Is a bit far away from the town but must be good for the plane traveller. No good views from the room. The location, I guess we had to travel to the down town area. At the front desk, one of the staff members was clearly out of his league. The young man who served us asked him several questions; however, he was very unpleasant in answering his colleague. No swimming pool for children. .. There is room for improvement in the breakfast. Little selection at continental breakfast, no pool. The breakfast doesn t give a lot of choice. Nothing. Only one elevator and staff is not as fast as preferred. the images and descriptions online make the rooms seem better than they actually are. Nothing. The gym had 3 machines There was only one washing machine and one drying machine. The staff was really rude and the lady with the pad who checks the room is racist im really disapointed of this hotel the girls at the front desk give wrong informations and have no respect for the clients and they speak the real quebecois french with you THEY DEFINETLY HAVE NO CLASS. The hotel is very far away from the city you have to take a cap (expensive) or a bus (1hour travel) to go to the city. The hotel staff doesn't speak English well and they are also not very helpful. We arrived at 3:30 and the room wasn't ready (should be ready at 300) the breakfast is basically just bread. They charged more than advertised for poor facilities. They moved my car and didn't know where they had put it. Had to walk around in the dark pulling heavy suitcases through snow only to find out it was not on hotel property. Charged me for parking anyway.
