The staff was always pleasant & helpful. The room we had booked was small..we upgraded To a Jr suite. Nice cooking area with a large bath. Bus line a block away, with great service. An overall good experience. We had stayed at the Hotel Du Nord in Dijon, Fr Sept 2012. Main reason we booked this property. What i liked is as a family my kid got good use of the pool and continental breakfast was nice cause you didn't have to rush out in the morning.

Close to bus stop on easy location. location, helpful front staff, continental breakfast, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere in a city. Rooms were clean and so was the bathroom, small but convenient. Staff friendly The pool. Clean, nice, good value for money. Swimming pool. Free parking just by the hotel. staff was friendly & helpful room was small but clean. friendly staff parking clean and cheery decent breakfast. cheapest 3 star hotel in town, free breakfast. Clean and very quiet. Good for family stay. easy public transportation to downtown, waterfall, and grocery shopping. 2 days bus pass $13/each can cover entire stay. free parking lot. clean rooms, private parking, free breakfast was awesome. friendly staff. walking distance to down town. Free wifi, free parking, breakfast included, location, slept well, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Location, ample parking space & very friendly staff. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The clerk understood when I asked about the cancellation policy. front desk staff - helping. No elevator....breakfast was a little disappointing, but we are aware of the competition to serve travelers. I wish the room was a little bigger and i wish we could have had coffee service all day. A little small, but it's ok if you don't plan on spending time in your hotel!. Ice maker was broken. A bit out of town requires use of bus. Maybe add fruit to breakfast bar and chocolate milk for kids. Quite far from the major city attractions - about half an hour walk. no fridge or micro wave, room a bit small. the smell of the corridors and rooms initially. Room was a little small and the air conditioner didn't do the job. None. The facility is compact motel like. But the price is hotel level. Maybe because of summer time. room was not in great repair, old equipment. had to travel far for ice. had to reactivate card key for second night. no elevator, A/C was sometimes spotty, wifi was initially spotty, bathroom was a little small. Could be a little cleaner and smell fresher. Had to change a room because the one booked through letsbookhotel.com did not look as expected, I.E. was extremely small with 2 beds that could barely fit in the room. The location was in a questionable area. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, moldy. We became I'll from fumes. I worried about mice and spiders. We stayed one night . House keeping didn't clean the room at all, not even made the beds, pool in a dark, humid ground hole (5 minutes inside and you want to get out of there, you have to change in a bathroom), breakfast so poor that you shoudn't consider it as an advantage (waffles, bagels, toasts, jam, honey, poooor coffee and luquid that supposed to be OJ, bananas and serial). Bad choice.
