The staff was very friendly and accommadating. Teresa at the front desk was awsome she went out of her way to arrange our rooms so that we were all on the same floor. I thought that the hotel room that we were in was comfortable and roomy, the hotel itself was close to everything in town and easy to get to. I was very pleased with my room, good location good service and clean room, Kim at the front desk is the best.
所有评语 » Great location, amazing view of the inlet harbor. Greeted by friendly receptionist upon my arrival. Convenient location, good complimentary breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We stayed in a Premium Room, with a view of the bay. Everything was very nice. The Staff, and the room. Staff great,. -modern TV -continental breakfast -cleanliness. Location was ok. Good location. Close to old downtown. Parking lot had a lot of potholes. I don't know if I would have liked the regular rooms, but the up-dated rooms were nice. Also, we were approached by pan-handlers on the property. Can't think of anything. Did not see offer online for shopper special would have been nice to have at least been upgraded or given gift card that was part of the special rate. -did not have the premium king room I booked. Room would have been too small for a king bed anyway. Queen bed was fine - just not what I booked & expected. I upgraded room to gain access to executive lounge only to find the lounge is `still under construction` . Room had only one armchair so I spent most of my time sitting on a bed. I was not pleased and informed management to correct misinformation before my return on 10th June. Older hotel, outside was under renovation more attention to the inside renovation would be nice all hotels were fully booked I prefer Inn on the harbour. Kitchen staff unfriendly. Some of Reception staff unprofessional (complain about wrong behaviour of fellow Receptionists). Sign announcing that early breakfast before regular breakfast hours start is only for bc Ferries guests seems unwelcoming to Alaska Marine Highway guests (it seems like they only provide the special early breakfast to bc Ferries guests since their numbers are much higher). This place is a real dump. Do not stay there. Everything is totally run down and they do not spend a dime to update. They make nothing but excuses why. They charge huge prices like for a fine quality hotel but absolutely do not meet any decent standard. Even the breakfast in the morning is below any decent standard. Real garbage.
