  Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Thanks Kevin!!! -... 别人怎么说 » I was very happy with the location since it was my first time to Penticton and was easy to find. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.
