Great room. Very spacious with a good size sitting room, a nice dining area and a full kitchen with 4 appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave) and everything you need ( plates, cutlery, pots, etc...). Excellent location, right on the bus route and walking distance to the Parliament and several other attractions. . The staff,especially Bernadette, was really friendly and helpful! We got an unexpected upgrade and when we came into this "appartment" the first impression was: Wow!! Beautiful,luxurious. And we got the oportunity to leave the car in the garage the whole day without paying another fee. Definitifly will come again!.
所有评语 » Central location to all the attractions in the downtown core. Staff was very friendly - we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite (we were 2 families travelling together) which was fabulous! Parking was reasonably priced. The rooms were very well appointed and we had a full kitchen. Clean, little wear. Was surprised how large the room was .. much more space than I needed .. Super clean and well appointed .. I've never had a hotel room with a dishwasher :)) Very comfortable stay and although we stayed on what I assume would be a busy weekend .. with the last day of Winterfest .. It was reasonably priced. I liked the room amenities. The hotel suite was nicely furnished and decorated. Could have used a few more plates cutlery and a small carving knife. Overall great except the location was far out so difficult for young adults to party downtown and get back to the hotel without a pricey cab ride. The hotel is a converted apartment building so the suites are very spacious. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The Albert is an especially great place to stay if you are visiting Ottawa for a few days. Lots of room to relax after a hard day of site seeing!. I loved my experience there.The room was very large. I couldn t have gotten such a spacious suite for the price. Especially in Europe.My Brit friend was Blown away. His wife a canadian, and I had a good a good chuckle watching him explore the suite. I recommend the hotel. The location is great; within walking distance to shopping, museums and parliament. The kitchen facilities allowed us to have a healthy, leisurely breakfast before heading out. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. our room was spectacular- we had the two bedroom suite-large-very clean and roomy-lovely balcony with view-nice kitchen-comfortable beds-even the pullout couch was very comfortable-parking very accessable-we walked everywhere-it is close to everything. This was the perfect hotel for our family. We have 2 toddlers, so we loved having the extra room in the suite. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location of the hotel was great (walking distance to all major tourist attractions). I love the large rooms! Separate bedrooms from living area is a huge perk. The full kitchen was great, even though not used. Would have been ideal if I stayed longer than 1 night. This hotel is now my new favorite in town. Ideally located in the city center,perfect for use means of communication ,very helpful staff.Comfortable appartment, with all amentities,fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The size of the suite, the comfort of the room and living room, the full kitchen, the location very near all the official buildings of the capital. Good parking facility. Staff were great. Facilities were wonderful. Very big suite with all the essentials you need. We used the kitchen to make our breakfasts which was a great money saver. I travel a lot on business. This is probably the most best suite I have ever had. Really comfortable bed, spacious and homely lounge, two bathrooms, just great. The staff were very helpful when checking in. Like the convenience store right in the hotel!. The room is in fact a small apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms plus plenty of space. Convenient parking in the hotel. really quiet; large suite with kitchen facilities; well equipped exercise room; attached bar and restaurant; and convenience store. It was really nice and unexpected to get a generous size suite for the price of a cheaper single bed room from other hotel near by. The hotel was well put together. Construction a block away but now while we were there. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean. It was a very good experience. I thought the ongoing renovations would affect me but it did not. Great restaurant right next door for breakfast. down town location. suit configuration with two bathrooms. quiet, at least when i was there at the end of april. They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. This was great because my nephew didn't have to sleep on the sofa. spaciousness, guiet neighbourhood, enjoyed the Black Bear patio, front desk staff were very helpful. Cleaness and plenty of space. It is also very claose to Parliament and other turist attractions. Folks were really friendly and the room was so much nicer than we could have even hoped for. Bed and linen was very comfortable. Roof patio was closed because of renovation. A very rude quests .. but you'll get that any where you stay ... the underground parking is a nightmare .. tight spots, but much needed in downtown Ottawa. Location was not ideal and the parking garage was too tight to manoeuvre the vehicle through. Thank goodness my husbands a great driver!!. This hotel is maybe 2-3 blocks further than some of the other big names like Delta, etc.. which is really not a big deal, especially for the price you pay for the room you get. The views are not particularly great either but who really cares... Nothing particularly bad to say about this place. Loved it!. Kitchen a bit dated, kitchen light was flickering when first turned on, one bathroom door wouldn't lock but we told front desk on check out and they were good to note it down for repair. Called to housekeeping to leave a message for them to bring up a razor and toothpaste (listed as amenities they would deliver if guest forgot) and they never came. The reception staff is ill informed. No help with the luggage. I liked everything. No hot tub or pool. no breakfast before 11.00 am but it is available at another hotel in same block. Parking is 20 dollars per 24 hours and you need instructions find to the entrance due to one way streets. The mattress was way too soft for us. We both left with a back sore because the mattress didn't provided the back support we are use to and was expecting. Bed making skills leave something to be desired. Had to re-make it every night we were there. Sheets were tucked in oddly so had to re-do totally to cover more than my stomach. I would like the convenience store to have more products for making meals. Front desk person not particularly friendly while checking in. (Other staff were very friendly and helpful while checking out, though!). Nothing. Would have liked to have been able to stay longer to enjoy the room. No view of the city only other buildings. hours of the gym, to restritive in the morning start time for thos that like to work out before work. There was an additional charge for 1 additional night. I called to ask why and they said we were a no show. I checked booking. Com to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I had to call back and leave a message for the manager with the booking number. I got an email from her the next morning saying that they made a mistake and would credit card. It was kind of a hassle but hoping to get the credit soon. Other than that, everything at the hotel was great. Nothing. It was perfect. Nothing. smell of smoke possibly from ventilation/ renovations... trop much beige! needs a dash of another color just for spark!. Nothing. Under construction-some features unavailable: rooftop patio and balcony. Nothing. Nothing. Parking is more expensive than other local hotels.
