The descriptions above aren't exactly right. The Royal Manor B&B is very relaxing, charming, friendly. The room was lovely, comfortable, and homey. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Vicky is helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and original. A high quality of service is obviously very important to Vicky. Royal Manor B&B was more than I expected. It was built circa 1824 and Vicky Downes created an atmosphere of that era with the décor and gardens yet was very comfortable. Vicky is a superb cook and her breakfasts were phenomenal. Vicky is a wonderful hostess and likes to interact with her guests.
