  Heather was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs benedict perfect! We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! It was our first time in Niagara Falls; were there on vacation celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary! We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.
