When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

  The location was excellent and for the price it was good value. Staff was friendly. Nice outside grounds. My personal experience was better than some reviews I had read. There may be some rooms that have problems but not the one that I stayed in. I have been to Niagara Falls many times but aside for friendly hotel service, they gave us a great tip for where to park (saved quite a bit here) and eat (new dining experience).   The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest.
