First stay at this hotel, that I find the hotel to be very nice. Usually, I went there only for the location, but this time, I was given an upgrade and the room was very nice. The shower in it was big enough to have a party. I liked my stay there more then ever before. Keep up the good work guys :-). i felt very safe,there was everything a person could want,all around from shopping your restaurants were very good and your staff was very personable...i would return for another stay anytime...
所有评语 » the location...Place Dupuis is great. The helpfulness of the front desk staff and the concierge. I had a number of questions and they were a great help. Convenient for walking & transit grocery & pharmacy right there cheap parking just down road easy access from highway central to everything. Great staff (especially Billy, Alex, and David) and wonderful city views. Perfect location for exploring the city and taking the Metro. Great and friendly customer service, the staff behind the front desk were very welcoming and happy to help us out when needed. Thank You. Very close to downtown, the village, restaurants, shows. You can walk everywhere. Fantastic view (if you are higher up!). The room was spacious and I enjoyed the pool although it was a bit chilly. There was also a small fitness centre. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The dog policy was fair. The city view was great from the 23rd floor. - Nice location - we were staying on the 21st level and had a great view over the city!. I liked the place where the hotel was situated - close to almost everything... The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful and the maids were efficient. Well situated near downtown, very nice staff, always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located near transit and great shopping. The room was clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. Please return to fitted sheets as flat sheets crumple up and are terrible and uncomfortable---and the soft small pillows are a neck ache! I wanted to eat dinner in the Hotel---ordered an over priced martini---then realized the only thing on the menu was hamburger and a few items---no nice dinner steak or french food or entre and no appetizers to speak of. I moved to t. Ease of underground parking Closeness to metro On Ste Catherine. Staff were very friendly and tried to be accommodating. proximity to metro station/areas of interest. easy to find, parking was good. The location was great, the price was good, and the hotel was clean overall. Front desk staff extremely welcoming and charming. Convenient to the venue where we were performing. The tv was crappy, but, then, who goes to a hotel to watch tv. Not a big minus in my book. The bathroom. Caulking around bathtub needs replacing. So does the bathtub stopper. Has mould on it. Lack of local information computer access charge for parking. Towels were a little thread worn and the room and bath could use a little freshening. The room we had was a little dated, but not too bad. For two of the three nights, our room wasn't cleaned, perhaps since we slept in. When we left for the day, we placed the please clean sign on the door but the room wasn't cleaned for the first two nights. Finally I decided to complain, and we were upgraded to another room (which looked pretty similar) on a higher floor and were given two 5 dollar complimentary breakfast vouchers for the cold part of the breakfast buffet the following morning. The flimsy plastic cups were annoying (but not unreasonable at my price point). - no breakfast facilities. The continental breakfast was not worth the $5.00 extra per person that was paid. The hotel would do much better to just allow guests to enjoy the full breakfast bar instead of only the bagels and pastries for the continental breakfast. Noisy air conditioning. There were only clear plastic cups to drink from so that the coffee machine was not of much use. The television and washroom needs to be ungraded. There wasn't a fride in our room. Nothing. Nothing. It was very noisy when I stayed there and they were not able to move me to a quieter room.A lot of homeless people in the area. some of the staff were a bit "short"as though they had seen too many people.They must keep smiling!. Evrything was great. Wait for check-out Only one person and was on the phone with a client. Noisy air ducts??? Something kept shaking the ceiling every hour. No control of heat and tub did not drain. Fix the bathtub for pity's sake. It doesn't empty properly! It's not the first time I experienced this problem. The bathroom was tinny and in dire need of renovation. Washroom is a bit small. The bathrooms might need a little update (nothing critical though). They have to review the decoration is very old. Breakfast was very good, maybe a bit expensive. coffee supply: there was never enough for two servings of caffinated coffee. Towels were old and thin Lighting in bathroom very poor. breakfast was not included. Pillows a bit hard!!!. window could not open. could get a smoking room and it was a detail mentionned on our booking, but at our arrival no smoking room available. nothing. The high speed wireless Internet was weak during hours of heavy use. Room 701 needs to be completely updated. Not having a sink inside the tub area. No hottub with swimming pool. room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, although we had a non smoking room. Our room reeked of stale tobacco and we had to wash all our clothes to try and get rid of the smell when we got back. Restaurant was not adequately staffed the day we were there as they had only two servers for the entire restaurant. Even though it was a buffet breakfast, it took a good 15 minutes to get some coffee and another 10 to get it topped up. The staff were nice, just overrun with too many table to work. Staff was not helpful or accommodating with a room cancellation well in advance of our arrival. I didn't like that there were no curtains in the room except those thin white ones that didn't take out any late. We had been traveling through different time zones so It was important for us to sleep but hard to do with the sun shining in so early. -room had an odour like dirty feet +bleach -needed a very good clean, there was some dust and dirt in corners, etc. -had to pull out bed to plug in coffee maker -did not feel like a four-star hotel; felt quite overpriced. Dated decor, furnishings. Cleanliness, worn carpets, old tv, breakfast that you pay with room.
