It was perfect for my husband and I as we were visiting our son and his family. They recently moved and are renovating, so we needed a place to stay. This hotel was very clean and rooms had been renovated. Very comfortable, a little small but we were only sleeping there so not a problem. I would stay here again no question. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The staff were so lovely and helpful me and my partner are new to Canada and we arrived so early on a bus they let us check in early and helped with anything we needed. Breakfast was great and the rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfy!.
所有评语 » It has obviously been upgraded and I appreciated that for the reasonable cost especially only being in the hotel for under 12 hrs. It was also very clean with an upgraded flat screen tv rather than the old tube with a fuzzy picture. Very courteous staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Price was right. Room was great with good beds. Newly decorated room and no smell as you entered the place. Thanks for having this Inn available on line to book. The staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable especially since I was there under blizzard conditions. The rooms were very clean and it was evident that work had been done. It was easy to find and close to every place we wanted to go. We could walk to have a bite to eat. And the traffic noise didn't bother us for sleeping. Deep tub, smoking room,large TV, quite,lots of GOOD coffee, freindly helpful staff, location. Always stay there when in Lethbridge and always will. It was a very good price, good location and good basic accomodations. Coffee was on all the time, staff was friendly, room updated and clean. I enjoyed the peace of the room. Also, the pool was refreshing. All the services around were adequate. Nice staff. Good location. Clean room. Asked for blankets and got them - attentive to my request. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the TV was new, big and there was a little fridge in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room, room was a bit small, and the parking space a bit small. Construction. Sound proofing between room not very good. Booking forgot that we requested a ground floor room but they did accomodate as soon as possible. The room was very small. Room was a bit small. The other tenants beside partying at three in the morning, after a call to the front desk she kept an eye on it after speaking to them twice they settled but it made it bad as I had to work at six in the morning and could not fall back asleep. the breakfast was as minimal as you could offer and still call it breakfast. cornflakes, bread, fruit, juice, coffee. free breakfast not so good. Nothing. Rooms are a little small and not comfortable. You were under constuction so it is hard to evaluate. No coffee or microwave in room. Outdoor appearance and ambience. in the middle of remodl. The rooms are NOT 5 star.. No mic, no coffee maker, noisy, the breakfast contained muffins that were homemade ( where are the health regulations ?) the "pool" in the parking lot is obviously not maintained and is caged I am assuming Bc it's in a parking lot!!.
