I was traveling with my friend and found out about this hotel in perfect location and for a very good price. Quality and price at its best. Comfortable and clean accommodations located near a variety of desirable neighborhoods. Rue St. Denis, Rue St. Laurent, Old Montreal, the Plateau and the Village are all nearby. I stayed in an apartment around the corner from Hotel Stay (part of owner's property as well). Location was great-not far from Park De La Fontaine-wonderful running/walking/biking paths there surrounded by trees. Two minute walk to Metro station. Great customer service! Despite some reviews, the location is excellent. Short walk from the
club district, and a 10min metro ride from the cities main attractions,
including Central station. There are the occasional pan handler, etc,
but you'll find these in any city, in subways, parks etc. If that
sort of thing bothers you, you probably shouldn't leave your house.
Its the diversity of life that makes life and adventure.
