  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest.   It was quaint and very homey. Millie, the owner of this B&B, was very friendly and helpful. It was very close (5 to 10 minute walking distance) to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants by the falls. Also, it was just a 15 to 20-minute slow walk to the falls. You also have complete access to the kitchen for coffee, tea - Apartment was in a family house with separate entrance. It was very clean and had a private clean bathroom and a terrace.   We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!
