  Friendly staff although busy still had time for a chat and to help with where and what to do.Relaxed, comfortable environment. Super clean. 10 mins walk to old city and about 6 mins from central station. Imogen is such a lovely staff member. She loves her job and made our stay really pleasant.   loved our spacious room with bath. Loved the included breakfast, loved the helpful staff. The person who checked me in changed our room from a 3rd floor to a 2nd floor without me even asking. As I am 66, that was a big help. ALso liked the entertainment that happened while we were there a Celtic festival in the theatre. - We stayed in this ... 别人怎么说 » hostel for three nights and were satisfied with most of all things! We were three but thanks to a kind staff, we could use a room for four people only for ourselves. The shower and toilet were really clean! I would like to use here again.
